2 bedrom tastefully furnished living space adjoined to our home is clean and comfortable. You will have your own private entrance. Quiet neighborhood conveniently located just 1 block from Bellevue Ave., you will be in walking distance to Cliff Walk, beach, dining, shopping, and harbor front. We are a stone's throw from The International Tennis Hall of Fame and less than a mile from most of the mansions. This lovely apartment includes washer and dryer, has two bedrooms (1 queen bed and 1 full with adjustable base), 1 bathroom, living room, and kitchenette equipped with all conveniences. Bathroom shower is newly redone with glass doors and detachable shower head. Off street parking for one car is provided and three air conditioners will keep you comfortable. It is a second and third floor area but easily accessible with electric stair chair. The yard is available with table, chairs, and small charcoal grill. And, we have a lovely small fishpond with koi! Our visitors have been giving us high marks for the great location plus overall cleanliness and comfort of our property. Please check us out!

Everything about our stay was excellent! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable and had all you need- down to the q tips, comfy clean sheets and towels and well equipped kitchen ! We stayed for four nights and would feel comfortable staying for a much longer stay. The location is extremely convenient. Barbara was a wonderful host. Even with extremely wet weather we had for a portion of our stay, the home was comfortable enough to enjoy every moment of our vacation. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Wonderful stay!

Great location, very clean, and very quiet. Wonderful location for a relaxing vacation to explore Newport. The Cliff Walk and Mansions are walkable. The Tennis Hall of Fame with its grass courts just seconds away is a great area to relax and watch tennis. The grocery store is also next door which is ideal. Just a great place to stay!

Barbara was a lovely host. She is kind, polite, and welcoming. She took time to meet our kids, let us use the backyard swingset, and had fresh cut flowers waiting in a vase for us upon arrival. The home itself is gorgeous, clean, and filled with every amenity a family of four will need. We are already planning a return trip to Barb’s house!!

Our stay was great at Newport. Our VRBO was perfect location for walking to Newport Harbor, beaches and cliff walk. The other part that was great about this location was the grocery store less then a block away.

I am a retiree living with my husband and sometimes caring for our two grandchildren. We have lived in our home for over 30 years. With our sons grown now we have converted extra rooms to this little rental area which also accommodates our family when they visit occasionally.

We are family oriented and are committed to keeping the rooms as clean, safe and comfortable as we can for our guests. The central location can't be beat. With parking so tight in Newport you can leave your car here and walk to many attractions.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! Guest after guest remarks on how conveniently we are located. You can park here, leave your car and walk to so many attractions. Plus, we are mostly quiet here. Although it is a short walk, we are not in the midst of bars and nightlife, so you can usually enjoy a quiet night's sleep.
We strive to keep our place as clean as possible. We have a lovely back yard where you can relax after a day at the beach, shopping, or sightseeing, or sailing. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to cook, relax, watch TV, or play some games.
