With modern amenities like WIFI, central HVAC, flat screen smart TVs, chef's kitchen, outdoor firepit, and a natural gas BBQ, guests will feel right at home. Garage parking for one vehicle with direct access to the condo and an inside laundry room with full-sized washer & dryer complete the amenities list. We purchased this property in 2025 because of its spectacular lake and mountain views, and we completely renovated and furnished it. PGA West is a beautiful gate-guarded community with great amenities, and of course, lots of incredible golf courses!
