Enjoy the lake view, and the convenience of staying minutes from the excitement of Disney Parks/Springs, Universal Studios and more! When not at the parks, relax in this spacious condo w/ peaceful views of Lake Bryan. In the morning awake to the sunrise over the lake. In the evening, unwind on the opposite balcony to watch the sunset & fireworks. Take some time to relax in the pools & hot tub.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please load dishwasher and start it. Cleaners are not responsible for dirty dishes.
Remove all food from cabinets and fridge. Please throw garbage away. There is a trash chute behind single elevator.
Close all sliding doors and lock. Return keys to front desk, or leave on kitchen island and cleaners will return key cards.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking in condo or balconies. Smoke by elevators or ground level. If cleaners notice evidence of smoking, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.
No pets allowed. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund. If cleaners discover a pet stayed a cleaning fee of $500 will apply.
Guests are responsible for any damages. Counter tops are quartz. Heat can damage, spills can stain. No confetti, hair dying, or self tanning in condo
