Great property, well stocked with necessities for the kitchen and rooms. Great view of the lake from one balcony and nightly Disney fireworks from the other. Both bedrooms have adjustable beds but we didn't use them since we don't normally have them. The only minor problem we had was the AC couldn't be set below 70, with the layout and bedroom doors closed combined with the thermostat location, the bedrooms didn't stay as cool at night, even with ceiling fans going. The host quickly arranged for some extra fans, and that helped us be comfortable. Highly recommend this property and host.

The condo was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed! Disney Springs was conveniently close, and the parks are just a short drive away! The host was wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean, kitchen had necessities, beds all clean and comfortable, furniture clean and comfortable too. Great views (unit 1201) building was quiet except for the road noise in the front bedroom, but we didn’t really hear any neighbors. Parking is good and plenty of room outside the deck if you have a taller vehicle. Bring your own tp and paper towels.

Another great stayat Blue Heron, never disappoints!

We have been staying at the blue Heron well over 10 years. If youre looking for somewhere to accommodate your family thats close to theme parks, this is it. A great pool area, room sizes are great and an excellent mini golf course (pay at the course but you can get an unlimiited 7 day pass, which my teens enjoyed and was well worth it!). We will be back!

We’ve stayed at Disney resorts before, and love that we had easy access to the parks, and we’re afraid of stay off site due to disneys parking fee and drive, but this condo was absolutely worth it. We felt that the stay at this condo was a value it was very clean, relaxing, and had easy access to the parks. Parking was simple and hassle-free, which made everything even better.The host was responsive and easy to reach. The pool was beautiful, and the lake view was amazing. One of the best parts was being able to see fireworks from both EPCOT and Magic Kingdom—such a special experience. We gather at the balcony. We brought our whole family, and everyone had a great time. Our stay at Blue Heron Beach Resort was amazing each family had its own room, but this unit really stood out. Plenty of space, comfortable, and truly enjoyable from start to finish.

Home Away From Home

The condo had everything that we needed and was very clean upon arrival. It felt like home for our week stay. The kitchen was well stocked so we could prepare some meals. The view of the lake from the balcony and sunrise each morning was beautiful. You can also catch the sunset and fireworks in the evening from the other balcony. The grounds and pool area were well taken care of. If you are coming to Orlando this is a cozy and comfortable place to stay that feels a lot like home.

Nice Condo/Location

The condo was very nice and as listed. The location of the condo was convenient for traveling to and from Disney Parks. There are quite a few fast-food restaurants and some traditional sit-down restaurants within walking distance. We had no issues with the condo and would stay again in the future.

Perfect Disney Vacation Home!

This home was everything that was described and more! It is in the perfect location to access all the Disney resorts, and when you get tired of the parks, there’s a pool, mini golf and a dock right on property. Parking was easy, and the condo itself was perfectly appointed, clean and comfortable. The views from both balconies are amazing, with a beautiful lake on one side and the resorts on the other, with views of the fireworks at night. The owner is very helpful and responsive. If you are planning a Disney vacation, I would highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again!

You will NOT be disappointed!

I travel frequently and I’m a little picky when I choose accommodations. Let me tell you - this place did not disappoint! The unit was absolutely spotless. Beautiful furnishings and so many little unexpected extras. Fully stocked with everything you could need. There was even bottled water and coffee! The bathrooms had make up wipes, bath puffs, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Both balconies were amazing. We watched the sunrise over the lake each morning on our rocking chairs, then watched the Epcot fireworks at night from the bedroom balcony (so much closer than we expected!) The location is close to anything and everything. A couple minutes walk to Starbucks, Subway, McDonalds, Walgreens, Dunkin’ Donuts and Dollar Tree. Traffic can get busy at certain times of day, but that’s the norm when you’re so close to Disney. The dock, trails and gazebos are so serene and relaxing. Pool area is large and so clean. I honestly can’t think of a single negative thing to say about this beautiful place. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

We had a great stay and would definitely return. The unit is spacious and offered beautiful views from both balconies. One balcony overlooks Epcot where we watched the nightly fireworks, the other faces a lake where we enjoyed watching the sunrise.The layout worked perfectly for our family. The two bedrooms were generously sized, providing plenty of space. The kitchen was well-equipped and we used it several times during our stay. One of our favorite features was the dining area, which sits in front of a beautiful bay window with the sun pouring in.The pool was warm and much larger than anticipated, and the dock on the lake was a great for relaxing.One thing that really stood out for us was the elevator. In many tall buildings, waiting for elevators can be frustrating, especially when staying on a higher floor. We were on the 12th and rarely had to wait. The elevators were fast and efficient, which was especially appreciated since we were traveling with family members who use wheelchairs and walkers.Overall, this was a fantastic property that combined comfort, convenience, accessibility, and beautiful views. Highly recommended!
