This home is perfect for a family lake vacation. Plenty of space, lovely game room, and well stocked kitchen. Had fun fishing off the dock, canoeing, and using the paddle boat!

The house was absolutely beautiful! It’s a great location away from it all. The only recommendation is to allow guests to use the retractable awning to enjoy the beauty of the lake with sun protection.

The rental was a perfect price point for what was offered. The property is well maintained and the owners have truly catered to guests with plenty of activities for a family. The yard, fire pit area, dock area, patio, and hot tub were all excellent. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, indoor games, and hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again.

Property very well maintained and in great condition, everything worked and was in close to new condition. Knives were sharp, dishes, pots, and pans were in good shape and plentiful, property was clean. Very nice dock, nice large deck, and amenities all worked. Exactly what we expected. Would return to this property if back in the Charlotte area. Easy access to Publix and Food Lion.

One of the best stays we have ever had! This house was clean, well-cared for and fully stocked with everything we needed! They thought of everything for this house! The lake view was wonderful from the deck but sitting on the covered dock every day was one of the most relaxing experiences. The hot tub was an added bonus. We traveled with two dogs and the yard was large, shaded and private (it is slighly slanted if you are traveling with an older dog). When we left, we all said we would love to come back someday! Thank you for sharing your home with us and to AvantStay for being so easy to reach when needed!

Great Lake Life

This property was awesome. Had everything you need for a lake vacation. Used the kayaks every morning and the hot tub at night. The dock was large so we rented a boat as well. The back yard was great for the dogs and the fire pit had wood available for nighttime fireside relaxation. I’ll come back.

Great 4th of July

Our family loved Shady Daze. The home was wonderful inside and out! We had a boat delivered to the brand new dock. They had a tube and paddleboards available for use. House is stocked with all you need for cooking and laundry. Plenty of towels provided also.
