Why they chose this property
Saugatuck is such a charming and fun place, it's hard not to fall in love with it! We chose this neighborhood because it’s close to everything we enjoy: great restaurants, unique shops, and beautiful Lake Michigan beaches. Being just a short drive from Holland and other quaint coastal towns makes it even better.
We actually purchased this property before the short-term rental cap was officially passed. The ruling went into effect while we were in the middle of renovating the home. Although it’s been a bit of a challenge, we truly enjoy being part of this vibrant and welcoming community and remain committed to being a respectful, responsible host.
