Whether you have come from near or far, you will find peace and tranquility here, on the shores of Lake Champlain. The Lakehouse was originally built by our family and has been enjoyed by family and friends for decades. I am so happy to now welcome you, your family, and your friends to make memories here.

With 3 cozy bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open living area, this lovely retreat offers a pleasant stay for guests. There is an outdoor porch with seating, a firepit overlooking the Lake, and a dock to enjoy. Plus, access to the best fishing around.

Excellent location on the lake, great fishing from the dock however:-Tap water is not drinkable-Water smelled horrible, we were afraid to shower in it-No pillows or blankets, had to drive 1/2 hour to purchase-No WIFI-No AC or heating-No clothes washer or dryer-No dishwater-No smoke detectors (mandatory per Vermont regulations)-Small crowded bedrooms-Bathroom door didn't close properly-No doors on bedrooms, only curtains-No bathtub as per listing (we wouldn't have used it anyways as the water smelled horrid)-No towels in bathroom-The 10/10 rating on the listing is NOT based on actual reviews of this location
