Great stay

My husband and I stayed here and we're very happy with everything. It is the perfect place for couples, young and old, and families (just not this particular room for families since it's one bedroom). Be sure to bring dishwasher and clothes detergent as well as toilet paper and paper towels. But still, a great stay and we will be back!

This place was the perfect size for my husband & I. Phoenix VII is a great Orange Beach location. The condo is well decorated & beach friendly. It has everything u need. The only issue we had was with the TV reception.

Beach Farmhouse

Loved the neat beach farmhouse look of my condo. Public bathroom off the pool were very clean. Would stay here again.

Location was great and check-in was easy. The furnishings left a bit to be desired. The mattresses in particular are in need of replacement.

Great for the 4th of July

Excellent condo, I went up for the 4th of July with my 2 sons and wife. I was surprised how big the condo was considering that is only a 1 bedroom. The decorating in the condo was also excellent and thumbs up to whoever did that job? The fire work show was awesome and was very close to this complex making the show even better. Great place to watch the fireworks!!!
