Enjoy shopping at Paseo Nuevo and casual dining at one of the many restaurants such as Eureka and California Pizza Kitchen. Or stroll through to State Street for night life, fine dining, art museums and theatres including the Granada, Lobero, and Arlington-- all only a few blocks away. The nearest beach is only one mile away--catch the trolley ride from State Street to Stearns Wharf and miles of walking and bicycle paths along the water.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Spanish style bungalow is full of charm with hardwood floors, rounded interior arch ways and crown moulding. Although the home has the charm of an earlier era, the house has been updated with all of the necessary modern features. Gather around the fireplace in the main living area and relax on large couch in front of a flat screen television for a night at home.
Adjacent to this living space, guests will find plenty of room for dining at a large table for 6. Through the next archway, the newly remodeled kitchen features all new cabinetry, countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is even a little breakfast counter for two!
For guest convenience, there is an indoor laundry room adjacent to the kitchen with a full size washer and dryer. This room leads to the back patio with a sitting area and fruit trees for your enjoyment.
For comfortable sleeping, each bedroom features a queen size bed and a flat screen television for quiet relaxation.
