The large courtyard with direct kitchen access, the balcony off the dining room, and the lovely private back yard lend themselves well to Santa Barbara's outdoor lifestyle. Located less than 3/4 mile from Shoreline Park. Close to the renowned Lazy Acres market, shops, restaurants and nearby Arroyo Grande Beach.
