30 day minimum rental - Our two-level contemporary home on the Mesa is situated at the top of a cul-de-sac, offering unusual privacy and stunning views from the living areas. The large courtyard with direct kitchen access, the balcony off the dining room, and the lovely private back yard lend themselves well to Santa Barbara's outdoor lifestyle. Located less than 3/4 mile from Shoreline Park. Close to the renowned Lazy Acres market, shops, restaurants and nearby Arroyo Grande Beach.

Pretty Home in the Hills Above the Harbor

Beautiful views, lovely terrace and garden, lots of privacy. Margo as everything organized, the kitchen is well-stocked, a great place to stay.

Excellent retreat with gorgeous views!

This place is a wonderful retreat and the perfect getaway, an ideal place to stay in Santa Barbara! The house is located on the Mesa in Santa Barbara and offers stunning views on the ocean. There is plenty of living space, a wonderful balcony to relax and enjoy the incredible view, a beautiful garden with total privacy and a large patio with several tables and a big sitting area to entertain the whole family. The beautiful living room with a big dining area offers gorgeous views of the ocean. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a large kitchen table, that offers a lot of space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and well decorated with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, with a short drive to town and to the beach. We enjoyed the nature, as well as walks along different beaches in Santa Barbara and nearby towns. The road to go to Downtown Santa Barbara, is a lovely drive that takes 5-10 minutes. Carol and Margo are great, welcoming hosts. The communication was lovely and they made sure our stay was perfect. We totally enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, gorgeous house and would recommend it 100%. Thank you Margo & Carol for sharing this wonderful retreat with us!

Thanksgiving retreat

Great place to stay with the family for Thanksgiving. Margo and Carol were very helpful with any questions that we had with their villa. They were also very sweet to accommodate our 2 1/2 year old! Everyone was very happy!

Beautiful home, spectacular views, and great location!

This home is a real find - a true haven in the midst of a gorgeous setting, up on the Mesa, with spectacular views of the harbor and ocean (not clearly seen from the photos), and ample space for a family stay. We could walk down to the beach (about 15 minutes to lovely Leadbetter Beach) or the Cliff Road commercial area with markets, pharmacy, restaurants and bank. The location is extremely tranquil and private, and the house is so tasteful, offering delightful spaces to enjoy views, patio, and the small garden. We hope to be back!
