Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If something SPILLS or BREAKS, please let us know IMMEDIATELY. We have a cleaning team ready to help take care of it before it becomes a bigger issue.

This neighborhood holds a special place in our hearts. William’s grandmother, Iola, lived directly across the street, so this area is full of cherished family memories. For Kelly, Ashtabula is especially meaningful—it was the last place she was able to take her mother on vacation before her passing. Beyond the personal connection, we love the charm of the historic harbor, the walkability to the beach and local shops, and the peaceful, welcoming vibe of the community.
