About this place
Historic home, built in 1888! Quiet, heart of downtown location. Near University Plaza Hotel, walking distance to restaurants, theaters, expo center, parks, JQH arena, MSU, Springfield Cardinals stadium and more! On the Bear line too. Beautiful room, private 1/2 bath, with access to full bath, Kitchen and Kitchenette. Large, Light and Bright rooms, High Ceilings.

The space
Your lovely room is on the 2nd floor of a Wellness Center. Wellness, counseling and real estate services available. Yoga equipment provided upon request. Beautiful front porch and gardens. Purified water, instant hot water and tea available in reception area. Kitchen, Kitchenette and Yoga room available:)
Guest access
Private room and en-suite half-bath, 2 shared bathrooms down the hall (one with an antique shower and one with an antique claw foot tub :) Both are open if both rooms are booked. Also reception area with purified water, instant hot water and tea.... Need more room? I have another room, just message me. It is best to park on the street out front, but if that is full there is additional parking in the back of the house.

I'm happy to assist and be as much or as little involved in your stay as you like. This is a quiet location with no disturbances.

Our home is a residence and a wellness center. You will have a private room with a private 1/2 bath and locking door on the second floor. The 2 full baths are just down the hall and may be shared if the second room is booked.
