Welcome to Flip Flop Hideaway! Just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and a nearby park with pickleball, tennis, basketball, and a playground. This freshly-updated, dog-friendly spacious Rehoboth retreat features a pool table, fenced yard, and plenty of room for the whole group. Perfect for families or friends ready to relax and enjoy everything Rehoboth has to offer—all from a central location and with single-floor, accessible accommodations!

- All guests must be at least 25 years old, except for children with parents.

- Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

*DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

*All bedrooms have new mattresses in 2025.

WiFi, washer/dryer, linens, bath towels, hairdryer, central AC/Heat, keyless entry, Keurig dual coffee maker, pots/pans, iron & ironing board.

PARKING:
2 Driveways - can fit up to 4 cars
- Rehoboth street parking pass included for your stay

*Dogs welcome w/ $200 pet fee (2 dogs max, no cats due to allergies)
-Clean up station provided.

*Please note - Lawn cutting occurs on Thursdays around 7:30am-8:30am

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please return parking pass to the House Binder. -Please clean the grill if you have used it. -Please clean up after your dog. Please lock the windows and all doors when you leave.
-Please strip the used beds and put used sheets/pillow cases on the floor for the cleaners to retrieve. -Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
- Please put all used towels on the floor of the bathroom. - Please empty refrigerator of your items and take all trash/recycling and dispose of it properly in the bins outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
*No Parties in the unit! *No Smoking/Vaping in the unit or near doorways, and reminder to properly dispose of cigarette butts.
*Please don’t take house towels to the beach *Please rinse off sand using outdoor shower before entering the house * Please use grill at your own risk

This is such a beautiful home in a perfect location! The welcoming interior has plenty of room to relax, enjoy meals together, play games - with lots of tv’s for gaming too, and many super comfy beds to catch up on sleep. The bicycles provided such a fun afternoon too! We really enjoyed the outdoor shower after beach days, so convenient! The hosts are very helpful and responded quickly to answer all our questions. Traveling with family member who uses a 27” wide wheelchair, we found the easy access entry and hallways just wide enough to allow him full access throughout the entire main floor. And what a luxury to have a wheelchair-adapted picnic table in the backyard!We absolutely look forward to coming back!
