DOORWAY TO DISNEY AT EMERALD ISLAND
Situated on the prestigious Emerald Island Resort just 3 miles from Disney Main Gate. The resort benefits from manned security gate and high level of security for peace of mind. The villa is fully
air-conditioned throughout including the games room unlike most villas. There are 4 bedrooms , 2 with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms and 2 with twin beds with shared bathroom. A full size cot , crib, bed safety rails for junior children are also provided along with stroller and high chair. there is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, grill, microwave, electric can opener, fridge freezer , toaster, liquidiser etc.
The villa is fully disabled accessible with ramps, shower seat and toilet support provided.
Disney themed bedding is also provided on request as an alternative (see the photos ).
The property has an entrance lobby with formal lounge area with a 2 and 3 seater settees. Formal dining area with large table, there is also a music centre with cd and MP3 capability.
Off the lounge is the games room with full size pool table, air hockey and table football as well as a dart board and sony Wii console with TV.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar and also there is an informal dining area.
The second lounge has both 2 and 3 seater settees, wide screen TV with theatre surround sound which also plays CD's and has ipod and MP3 connections.
All bedrooms have colour TV's and three have their own DVD players.
The villa is suitable for disabled and there is a £75 charge to set up the equipment.
Outside is a heated pool and spa .There is no charge for pool heat except from 1st of May until end of oct.
All access information is sent by email. The locks are by code no keys to collect.

Emerald Island is in the top 3 resorts in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. It is secluded and private but also close to all the major theme parks and shopping outlets. Its close proximity to I-4 means easy access to either east coast (Daytona beach, space centre)or west coast (Tampa bay , St Petersburg )
