Recent upgrades include - Newly resurfaced and re-tiled, sparkling blue pool and spa. New 55 inch Smart TV (with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu) in Living room, 60 inch Smart TV in garage game room. New 43 inch Smart TV in upstairs bedrooms. New furniture, granite counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, frame less glass shower doors, all new bedding and blankets, cornice boards and draperies in every room.

Infant and Toddler friendly - We have 3 pack and play sets which can double up as cribs for infants under the age of 2 yrs. We also have a 2 strollers, 2 high chairs, infant gate for stairs and movement toys for the young ones. Several inflatable pool toys are available for use in the pool, including inflatable floats for adults.

The main family room is a great area to hang out with all the family. Furnished with a leather sofa and comfortable side chairs, accented with lamps and tables. The room has a new 55 inch flat screen Smart TV, a Blue Ray DVD player, beautiful wall art on the walls and beautiful window treatments. You can watch your Netflix, Prime or Hulu on the 4K HD TV!

The formal dining area consisting of an elegant dining table accented with glove soft leather chairs seats six, custom made cornice, leather draperies covering wood blinds and matching wall art on the walls.

The game room has a 60' wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with surround sound and ceiling speakers. A comfortable leather couch and an air hockey table (with new pucks and paddles), make this a fun space for adults and kids alike. There is a portable air conditioner in this room to cool it down nicely, since it is converted from the garage.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all you will need to prepare anything from snacks to full family meals. All pots, pans, flatware, silverware and glassware are supplied. Electric appliances in the kitchen include all new whirlpool stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, side by side fridge/freezer w/ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, regular drip coffee maker, blender, and crock pot.

There is a separate laundry room in the house with full size washer and dryer and dirty linen basket. Iron and ironing board are placed in the laundry room as well as pool towels.

Bedroom 1 - The main master bedroom is on the first level. This luxurious master suite is furnished with a high quality ensemble consisting of a King size bed, dresser, nightstands and lamps. The room also has a wall mounted 32 inch flat screen television and beautiful wall art. The private en suite bathroom has a large garden tub, granite counter top with twin under mount sinks, separate over-sized walk in shower with frame less glass door and a large walk in closet. There is a sliding glass door perfect to access the private pool and spa area.

Bedroom 2 - Also on the main floor is a second master bedroom , exquisitely furnished with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, dresser, night stand, lamps, custom silk cornice board and draperies with beautiful wall art. This bedroom has the use of a separate bathroom across the hall, with granite sink top and a walk-in shower with frame less glass shower door.

Bedroom 3 - On the second floor is a luxurious furnished second queen master Bedroom with a flat screen wall mounted TV , a silver color dresser and nightstand, built in closet, beautiful wall art and a private full bathroom.

Bedroom 4 - On the second floor, has a Queen size bed, wall mounted flat screen TV , dresser, nightstand and lamps, beautiful wall art and a large closet.

Bedroom 5 - on the second floor, is set up for the children with beautiful pastel wall colors, mahogany twin beds, flat screen TV, beautiful window treatments, Mickey and Minnie wall art and built in closet with multiple shelves.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a full size bathroom with double sinks, granite counter top, tub / shower combination with frameless glass door and a full linen closet.

Moving back downstairs and to the outside space where your family will no doubt spend much of their time enjoying the wonderful Florida climate. There are patio doors from the kitchen leading to the outside pool deck area, where we have 2 sets of patio tables and chairs to enjoy outside dining. Pool towels are located in a basket in the laundry room.

The pool deck area has a lanai, partial patio covering and also an open area for sunbathing on 4 reclining sun loungers. The entire pool deck area is covered with a bug screen enclosure.

The sparkling blue swimming pool was just re-tiled and resurfaced. It has a child safety fence to help protect the young ones and non swimmers of your party. The swimming pool also has a bubbling spillover spa, the perfect place to unwind after a fun but exhausting day at the Theme parks!

** Pool / spa heating is optional and recommended for the months of November through March. It incurs an additional charge of $25 per night for stays of 6 nights or less and $20 per night for stays of 7 - 13 nights. For stays of 14 nights or more, pool heating is complimentary for the months of November through March. Please email owners for heating requests.

This beautiful house is located in a safe and secure gated community. The house is located less than 3 miles from Disney's main gate and only about a 20 minute drive to Universal! So come on over and make some magical memories!

*** Upon arrival, please present name and identification to gate monitor and you will be instructed to proceed to the clubhouse to obtain an access key card to gain access in and out of the resort during your stay. You will be charged $20 per vehicle for the access key. If you keep the access key and return to our vacation home for future visits, you will not be charged a fee and only need to reactivate the key at the clubhouse at no charge.
