For fun I love to ski, hike, cycle, and run. Colorado is a beautiful state and I spend as much time outdoors as I can.

Why they chose this property

Silverthorne is the melting pot of Summit County. We have a wide range of places to stay, at all costs levels. The restaurants and night life are also quite varied. We have fun restaurants, an amazing Mexican market, and plenty of retail shops. In the winter, Silverthorne is an easy drive to Keystone, a bit farther to Breckenridge, and 30 minutes to Vail or A Basin. In the summer, this house is 3/4 a mile from a White River National forest trailhead. The hiking and scenary are amazing.

This condo is a 1700 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The condo has a full kitchen, dining room, and a large living area. Thre is plenty of parking, 4 spaces, and a beautiful view out the back. This unit backs up to dedicated open space. In the early morning you may see moose, fox, dear, and many birds.
