We had a wonderful stay in Astoria! The property was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our party of 4 friends. The location was excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the subway with great food and coffee spots right nearby. Everything was exactly as described and expected. Highly recommend!

Jon was a great host! My sisters and I were looking for a two day stay last minute and were so lucky to find this listing. He also accommodated our check in time, as I did inquire about it when booking. Plus, it’s such a great area!I’d stay here again, in a heartbeat!

Great location, clean and well decorated property. Only issues was no AC in bedrooms but there is a portable fan. It just happened to be very hot the days we stayed. Overall highly recommend.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We would just like to clarify for future guests that there is a main AC unit that cools the entire apartment very well especially on hot days but no individual units for each bedroom. It was a pleasure to welcome you!

Very nice apartment in a great location. Easy to get to the subway. Parking on the street was free and available, if needed (heed local parking rules). A plentiful and diverse food selection in the surrounding, safe neighborhood. Close to Manhattan.

Everything was great and as described. One small suggestion – the floor is slippery coming in the door when it’s rainy out. It might be good to add a mat just inside the door - thanks.
