This spacious one bedroom/ one bathroom unit is perfect for those wanting all types of amenities. The location is perfect as you are in the middle of a very popular and happening area close to Capital Hill in the heart of the Central District. There is a PCC (grocery store), across the street and a cafe and taco spot in the same building. Be amazed by all of the cafes, shops, parks, and walkable areas this location has to offer. There is access to an incredible rooftop, and a community room. Garage dedicated parking is not included but it is reservable at a daily fee.
