If so, this is the perfect place for you. Our property is in a prime walkable location in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. It's in a safe building where you’ll mix right in with permanent residents and travelers alike.
Our 1-bedroom condo is great for singles, friends, couples, and small families who want to call Seattle their home for a few days, or a few weeks. Seattle Among The Trees overlooks treetops on bustling 1st Avenue, and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay inside. Designed by a prominent local interior designer, you’ll enjoy the stylish and eclectic ambiance of the interior and unit patio. The listing is locally managed, with cleanliness as the top priority.
The bedroom has a king-size bed with luxe bedding, a smart tv, and good storage. Off the bedroom, there is a small balcony, perfect for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The clean bathroom has a tub, plenty of fluffy towels, and toiletries for your use.
The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful dishes and cutlery, and a perfectly-curated set of everything you need to cook a great meal. (Or, skip cooking and take advantage of the many amazing restaurants located within walking distance!) A large-capacity washer/dryer unit is located next to the kitchen available for your use with laundry detergent provided.
The main living space features a dining table that seats 4, a smart TV, desk, and plenty of seating and tables. The high-end sofa is upholstered in leather and turns into a bed if needed (bed size= “XL full”). The cabinet is stocked with interesting books of local knowledge & culture.
The amenities make this building a true gem. The unit is conveniently located right across the hall from our building’s swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna facilities. Literally step out the door, across the hallway, and you’re in the pool area! Past the pool is the serene courtyard if you need to take a break from it all. Or, take the elevator up to the 7th floor, and you’ll be able to enjoy a rooftop deck with a grill and sweeping water views (you just might see a whale!).
Access to the building is easy on foot, or if you are bringing a car, you can easily park without worrying about finding a spot in our secure garage. (Free parking included! Parking garage entrance is 7’—no tall vehicles, please. Parking space is 8’x15’—up to midsize vehicle is best!) We know you’ll love your stay at Seattle Among The Trees!
Guests will have use of entire apartment and building amenities. Unit comes with a parking space in a secured garage.
The property is located in the heart of it all, on bustling 1st Avenue in Belltown. We have found that the vast majority of sleepers (including children with early bedtimes) are perfectly able to sleep, and we feel that the unit is very quiet inside with the windows closed. There is, however, the possibility of an occasional night when loud street noise & outside music could occur and could be heard inside, that as hosts we unfortunately can’t control. We do provide ear plugs for these very rare situations. If you want perfect silence, this wouldn’t be the best choice for you, but if you like to be in the center and enjoy the city sounds on occasion, you’ll love it.
The Belltown Court HOA has multiple preventative security precautions, which will be outlined in Welcome Letter. Guests are asked to familiarize themselves with those policies, because all fines assessed to unit during your stay will be charged to your account. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
Please note that check in will need to be coordinated with our amazing guest greeters, who are available 3pm-10pm. Check in after 10pm incurs $25 charge. Their contact information will be provided 3 days prior in Welcome Letter. HOA required all guests to be met by owner representative. Thank you.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This condo worked perfectly for me! It looks exactly like the pictures, had everything I needed and was very conveniently located. Just a heads up that it is in an active part of town, especially in the evenings, but if you’re looking for that it’s a plus. The jacuzzi and pool directly across the hall were a real bonus! I would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. My husband and I came up for our anniversary and to catch the Sharks/Kraken game, not the out come we would've liked. Check in was easy and the parking garage was nice. The condo was just as it was described and a plus was the Brita water pitcher ready to drink in the fridge ( it's the little things). Location was great, easy walk to Pikes Place, Climate Pledge Arena and lots of options of places to eat. Would definately recommend without hesitation.
We really enjoyed our stay in Belltown. The property is located perfectly, with many bars and restaurants nearby.Walking distance to all the attractions, and one block from a bike lane to scooter everywhere. We had a great time. We really liked the in and out process, easy no hassle.

Good city location walkable to restaurants, Chihully, Pike Place. Condo spotless, comfortable, with everything needed, elevators, plus a dip in pool! Parking very helpful to have; we had to coordinate schedule with greeter who texted timely & was very accommodating. Also timely, easy communication with hosts. Thank you!
We had a great stay at Among the Trees. We were very close to all of the things that we were interested in doing while in Seattle...space needle, chihuly garden and glass, the piers, pike place market, etc. It's a very stylish condo that offered everything we needed for our short stay including parking. The surrounding area is very noisy but so was the air conditioner in the bedroom and that helped to drown out a lot of the street noise. We felt safe in the area and would stay here again. Lindsey was quick to respond to my questions and check in and check out were easy.
We loved the location, short walking distance to several places for site seeing and restaurants.
Property manager responded promptly.
The property was as advertised!
My wife I slept on the sofa bed was pleasantly surprised by the comfort. My two sisters said the king bed was comfortable.
Host was very responsive and accommodating. House was clean, beautiful and in a great location. However there were a few things that were lacking such as no laundry soap, a strange thing I had to buy for a house that is supposed to be fully stocked. Many of the coffee creamers were expired so rather than drinking the coffee that was provided I had to go to a cafe down the street. The house didn’t have any kind of condiments or spices either so any meals I had, I needed to purchase extra things for. A few small things that made the stay feel incomplete. I still enjoyed my stay except for I was told the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance for the entirety of my stay when I went to use them which was really unfortunate being that I chose this spot due to those amenities, I feel like that should have been communicated before I rented this unit. If I had known that it wasn’t in use I would’ve chosen something at a lower price. After finding this out, I went to look at some of the other listings in the building and found two units that made comment about the pool being out of use. I wish I had known that before going through with this rental as it was one of the main draws to this property.

Hi there, thank you kindly for your review. Please always communicate with your hosts regarding any concern you may have during your stay, not afterwards. Did you notice that laundry soap was located under bathroom sink, inside vanity, along with extra towels and other supplies? Did you check cabinet above the stove for extra spices? Creamers provided do not have an expiration date as you state, due to manufacturer label. It sounds like many of your notes and concerns were preventable had you only contacted the hosts for clarification. Unfortunately, our HOA and building management are in charge of maintaining common area amenities, including the pool. While it might have been closed for maintenance for a short time, it was not for duration of your entire stay and once again, we wish you would contact us for clarification and/or resolution of the situation that seems to have caused you minor discomfort. Please always communicate with your hosts. Thank you and safe travels!
