Condo being refreshed this winter! Come see our new condo starting April 1, 2027! Some updates already complete. Location, location, location! Park the car and put on your flip flops. This condo is within walking distance to everything you need for the perfect vacation. 2 blocks from the beach and complex has a nice pool. Coligny Beach is a top-rated family destination, offering 12 miles of safe, sandy beaches with gentle waves ideal for children. Coligny Park features shaded gazebos, swings, and a splash pad. Coligny Plaza across the street is perfect for dining and shopping. Other local activities include biking, nature preserves and dolphin tours to create lasting memories. STR Permit #077690

Coligny Beach was a wonderland. Biking to the shops, splashing in gentle waves, and dancing to live music in the plaza—our kids’ laughter echoing through salty air. Now that our children have grown and moved away we wanted other families to have those special moments.
