Cute 1 bedroom 1 bathroom hotel suite that sleeps four is located on the 3rd floor of Phoenix All Suites.

Overall great

Would have liked to know of construction before booking. Parking because of construction was like musical chairs. But, workers quit at a reasonable time. Amazing views and perfect side for my husband and I. Your hospitality and employees are exceptional.

Disappointed

When we arrived the bed sheets had spots on them and a pillow was spotted with dark color. Bed room suite was terrible shape. Bathroom out dated. Living room furniture was dirty and worn. The door had a Handicap sign on it but the only thing that was visible was the door opened out not in. No walk in shower or recliner.

Really enjoyed our stay here, great location walking distance to numerous places to visit and eat, only thing bad was only one elevator was working, but other than that really enjoyed. We will be back

The location of the condo is ideal. Outstanding views! The condo overall was relatively fine for a weekend getaway. The condo had everything we needed. The living room lamp needs to be fixed, it was broke and the toilet paper holder was broke, as well. The owner was timely in their response. I would stay at this location again.

The room was nice. It had all of the appliances that one would need. It’s right on the beach and the sound of the ocean from our bed was fabulous! The actual bedroom was at the other end of the room but we made the sofa out into a bed and slept there with the balcony doors open all night. We loved hearing the waves all night!

The condo itself was great. The views and location are great. Unfortunately, I am a smoker. I would never smoke inside the unit as I do not even smoke in my own home, but I think you should state that you cannot smoke on the balconies. So I had to take the slow elevator downstairs when I wanted to smoke, the stairs were not an option as they were taped off due too painting. I would have chosen different accommodations if I had known this, most places allow smoking on the balcony. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance our entire stay and I never saw anyone doing anything to it.

Great stay, no problems...

We had a great time at this property. It was just my husband and I for a weekend getaway. The room was a nice size for the two of us and the view of the beach was perfect. We only had a couple minor issues...the elevator on the side nearest the office didn't always work right and we were on the fourth floor. Not a huge deal, we just took the stairs. Another thing that seemed odd was we were given a handicap accessible room. Neither of us are handicapped and I noticed there were other rooms available. Not a big deal, just a little weird. Overall, a great stay. The room had everything you could need.
