Cozy 2 BR/2 BA plus sleeper sofa situated on the Gulf Shores beach. There are plenty of windows to allow natural sunlight into the unit and a balcony overlooking the pool and beach! The condo is on the 2nd floor facing the beach. Comfortable King mattresses in both bedrooms with direct access to bathrooms. Beautiful granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms. Washer/dryer in condo. Satellite 50 inch Smart TV in living room. Free in-room Wi-Fi. First condo just west of the Hangout (and popular Hang Out Fest). Easy walking distance (1/3 mile) to restaurants and shopping! All fees are included in quote, with exception of parking passes. Parking passes are issued on check-in day by on-site property management staff 24/7. Passes are $50 for your entire stay and are paid directly to on-site property management by cash, check or credit card. During special events, (such as, but not limited to Labor Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Shrimp Festival, the months of June and July, Music Festival, Hang Out Fest, or SEC Beach Fest) passes may be limited to 1 pass per condo.
Chairs and umbrellas can be rented directly in front of the condo, on the beach.

Easiest check in process and great location!

My only complaint about the property were the pillows. I have had several neck surgeries so it may not bother others like it does me. I would absolutely stay here again but next time I'll bring my pillow.

Beach Break

Property was listed as Clean and Cool. We found this to be true and was not disappointed. Love the location. We reserved our beach chairs and umbrellas early, ate breakfast at Kitty's and then enjoyed the beach and pool. Evenings we shopped, ate dinner and enjoyed the pool again. Our favorite place for our evening meal is Bahama Bob's!! We do plan to return to this location.

Awesome Location

Property and unit are a little older but well maintained. Cannot beat the location - walking distance to everything. Easy access to beach and pool. We only cooked 2 meals but had plenty of cookware to get the job done. The parking lot is easily accessible so we left our beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) in the car which made that process easier. The property manager was proactive with comms. Will definitely stay here again.

This unit was in a great location walking distances to restaurants and shopping. The interior was cute and clean, and the view was amazing. The TV in the living room could be updated. And the mattresses in both bedrooms really need to be changing out. But all in all we enjoyed our visit.

Needs a good cleaning and many repairs and replacements.

Walking into the door you first see that beautiful beach and condo pool...WOW! Then, try to unpack and 3 of 4 drawers either don’t open or fall out because runner is broken. Recliner has cover over part of it to hide the rips in leather, bathroom was so dirty had to clean it before anything. Then there is the blue masking tape holding the vent on the wall above bed in 2nd bedroom. My favorite may be the large wall clock with no hands in the living room. Please fix up your place. The location and beach are wonderful and anyone would be happy to stay here if you did.

Caroline, Thanks again for your stay and you feedback. My handyman has had me on the schedule to fix the drawers; we have just had many back to back rentals there. The recliner is due to be changed out in April. Our cleaning person has already been alerted to any housekeeping issues. I don't know about the blue tape, but I will check it out. The wall clock is not a clock; it is only a decorative piece. Thanks again for your input, Steve

The stay was great. But there were several frustrating moments over things. 1. No storage for clothes. In one bedroom the closets both had master locks. There were no drawers to unpack your things into in either room, other than night stands. If I’m somewhere for a week I would rather live out of drawers, not my bag in a floor. 2. The beds and couch bed are all TERRIBLE. Sleep was a struggle all week bc of this. Those were definitely the worst of it that will keep us from staying again.

Location and view were great! My biggest issue with this condo was that the sleeper sofa was advertised as sleeping for 2 people. But the mattress is extremely old and dirty. Everyone in my party refused to sleep on it, and we are not overly picky people. It was gross. So we had to sleep 3 per king bed, which definitely was not ideal, and was not our plan. Also, if you plan to cook some meals on your vacation, this is not a great condo for that. There were only 2 pots included, & not a single pan. The 2 pots that were there were very old and scraped up. I would not come back to this particular condo.

So sorry for you inconvenience. The sofa sleeper is a queen and the mattress is only 2 years old. I will recheck the condition. When I was there 3 months ago, we had several cooking pans. I will check that out as well. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. T

Room was just as advertised. Nice and clean!! Check in process very easy! Only one parking pass was a little inconvenient but we made it work!! The view from the balcony is beautiful!! Beach and pool easily accessible!! Owner/host easy to work with and was able to allow our family to check in a little earlier than normal!! Definitely recommend and would book again on a return trip!!!

Overall this is a good place to stay. Walk right on the beach, grill available and pool is nice. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Some things are a little outdated and fixtures need a little repair work plus the mattresses need replacing. But nothing that would keep us from coming back again. Definitely worth the trip!

Great spot right on the beach!

This property was in a great location, easy check in, with on-site management if you had questions. It was clean and exactly as described. One thing that would've been nice is to have dishwasher detergent, but they did provide dish soap. Also, it would've been nice to know we needed to bring our own beach towels since some beach properties supply them. If visiting this area again, I'd definitely stay here. Overall great experience!

Fun for teens and adults alike!

We love the Gulf Shores area and the location of the condo. It was a short walk to beach volleyball and many great restaurants and shopping. Also “The Hangout” is great fun for teens and adults for dinner, games and live entertainment which was only a couple of blocks away. We drove around Orange Beach to compare and there seemed to be no sidewalks and a very busy dangerous road to brave if you dare to walk anywhere. An outlet in the kitchen needs attention and the floor could have been a bit cleaner but our host was very responsive when I had questions and it was a great experience.

Excellent Location

As in previous ratings, the condo itself could use some updating, however, the location is well worth a hard couch!! You can walk to anything and everything. Our first morning we woke up to dolphins swimming in the ocean. What could be better?? We'd definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful family vacation in this condo.

It's was a little busy because it's so close to public beach access, and parking for only one car was a bit of a hassle as it's hard to find close,empty public parking lots.

Floors were dirty, check-in lady was extremely rude, only one parking ticket issued for two cars, other car had to park two blocks away, there were empty parking spots im the parking lot all weekend, view was great, beach access was fabulous, well stocked units, and clean pool as well.

We wanted to find the nicest, affordable beachfront condo close to home. Gulf Shores offers quite a bit and the dollar stretches further here than in Florida beaches. The water still has the green color like in Florida and is not as crowded.

Why they chose this property

This property is close to Hwy 59 and everything is within walking distance. Festivals and fairs take place right next door. It's easy to get to and right on the beach! It is 2 blocks from The Hangout. Minimum rental age is 22.

What makes this property unique

From the balcony, you can feel the gulf breeze and smell the salt water. I love to hear the sounds of the waves.
