Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put bagged trash in the trash cans behind the house. Keep the straps on to deter pests and animals.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Out of respect for neighbors and wildlife, drive slowly (5 mph) when entering and leaving the property.
Please do not pick flowers from the garden.
Keep sand inside the house to a minimum. Do not leave beach equipment in the rain. Please do not bring sandy beach equipment into the house.

The New Harbor neighborhood is the place to be in the summer! The beach, lighthouse, restaurants, historic sites, and the Hardy Boat are all minutes away.

What makes this property unique

Our home is nearly in the center of the neighborhood, but well off the road, on a large wooded parcel providing visitors with privacy. We are regularly visited by deer, turkey, and rabbits.
