Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put bagged trash in the trash cans behind the house. Keep the straps on to deter pests and animals.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Out of respect for neighbors and wildlife, we strictly enforce a 5mph speed limit the entire length of the road/driveway.
Keep sand inside the house to a minimum. Do not leave beach equipment in the rain or bring sandy beach equipment into the house. No Fireworks!
Read the attached welcome letter in the rental agreement section. A copy will be provided at the rental.

This home is the perfect Maine rental! Located in a nice rural little Maine community! Beach is within walking distance but we chose to drive, parking is free and ample! The home had all that our family needed to have an enjoyable stay! We'd gladly stay again!

Why they chose this property

The New Harbor neighborhood is the place to be in the summer! The beach, lighthouse, restaurants, historic sites, and the Hardy Boat are all minutes away.

What makes this property unique

Our home is nearly in the center of the neighborhood, but well off the road, on a large wooded parcel providing visitors with privacy. We are regularly visited by deer, turkey, and rabbits.
