Great house very clean and on the newer side! There was a hot tub on the property and was in the pictures on site, which is the reason why I rented the properTy and it didn’t even have water in it! Super bummed about it. I’ve noticed this is a common thing in rental properties no matter the company. The will make it seem as though, need less to say the property was in good shape, and the premier host was very informative except for hot tub!

We're glad you enjoyed your stay. We do not understand how you could have misunderstood about the hot tub as the listing states the following: "There is a hot tub on the back porch. GUESTS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE HOT TUB. Please refrain from attempting to remove the cover, or sitting/playing on it."
In the future, we would encourage you to read the listing and, if you have questions, contact us for clarification.
We really enjoyed the property. The house is beautiful and it accommodated the ten of us perfectly. The 5 minute walk to the beach was perfect. The outdoor shower helped knocking off the sand before going inside. The master shower was very nice. The rooms were all good size and with plenty of beds my whole family was able to join us. Overall this is a excellent property and I highly recommend it. However we did have a few issues. Two lights in two separate rooms did not work. The maintenance team came out and gave us lamps as they said there was a short in the circuit. The garage door wouldn't open when we first got there however they called someone out to repair it. My family and I have been renting air BNB for over a decade and one item stuck out here as it was different than normal. We noticed there were no cleaning supplies for the house. No vacuum, no cleaning wipes nothing for us to clean with. Also on the same topic we were expecting things like seasonings and small things like that, that most houses typically have. Not a big deal but something we noticed. The main issue we had with the property was the TVs. Every room, every TV gave us problems working the entire week. Not a big deal but it was really frustrating trying to get them to work. Especially the master bedroom TV. The TVs are hard to log into and just simply use. Again my family loved the property, the open kitchen, the rooms, the living room. It was a great vacation and we really enjoyed the house.
