We're delighted that you enjoyed the condo, its beautiful balcony, and all the extra amenities provided. We appreciate your feedback regarding the hair dryer and sofa and will certainly look into those items. We're especially sorry that Hurricane Isaias cut your long-awaited getaway short. We understand how disappointing and stressful that was, particularly with concerns about driving at night. As much as we would have loved for everyone to stay, the mandatory evacuation order issued by local authorities required us to close the property for everyone's safety. We did our best to communicate the changing conditions and evacuation requirements as quickly as possible during a rapidly evolving situation. We're so glad that, despite the unexpected interruption, you enjoyed your time at Nautilus and would stay with us again! We hope you'll return for another girls' getaway with plenty of sunshine, relaxation, and a full vacation this time!
