Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Reminder that check out is by 10 a.m. A late fee will be assessed if guests leave more than 15 minutes late as we need to leave time for the cleaning crew to prepare the unit for our next guests.
Leave dirty towels and linens in the bathtub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
