Our company had an employee stay here while visiting Dayton for two weeks. The location is perfect for working downtown and being so close to the fun restaurants in the Oregon District. So much better than staying in a hotel for two weeks. And free parking! It was really perfect!

From booking to checking out, everything was simple and smooth. Communication was quick and helpful, and the place was stunning, and perfectly located for easy access to our downtown destinations.

Very clean and organized spaced. The wall between units was not fully sealed off between the dry wall and bricks which led to hearing everything from the next door neighbors. Other than that the stay was nice.

The room was clean. The place overall was near a lot of places and restaurants in Oregon District. I mainly used it as a place to sleep and it served its purpose.

Great location in downtown Dayton. Fantastic A/C. Beyond that it was okay. Had issues with sinks in kitchen and bathroom backing up. Lightning in condo was poor. Bedside lamps did not work so left with only overhead lights. Provisioning was as sparse as I have ever seen in VRBO. Two towels for an eight night stay. No kitchen towels and it was suggested that we not use dishwasher. Won’t be a return visit

Everything was as described, Thank you. It’s a downtown apartment, so expect some minor noise from adjacent rooms and neighborhood.

The property was super clean and lovely, the bed was also really comfortable and we loved it. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the Dayton area. The only tiny complaint I had was that the people nextdoor had the TV a bit loud and we could hear it through the walls.

Great stay!

The apartment was so refreshing on a hot day! Everything looked fresh and new and the 20’ ceilings and industrial chic decor was fun! We walked through a gorgeous neighborhood of old/restored homes with amazing details to an area with a bunch of different choices of eateries! Great fun!

The place was very clean and in a really nice location. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt so soft. Our only complaint was that the bathroom only provided shampoo, body wash, and only a couple of towels. We would have appreciated some conditioner and some extra towels. If it wasn’t super cold outside we would have been able to walk to so many places! We will absolutely keep this place in mind if we come back to the area.

The unit was clean, but very dark (even with lights on). It has tall ceilings and the switch operates lights at the ceiling level. It's painted gray, making the room feel cold, unwelcoming. The furniture includes a bed that is 100% foam that is very soft so that you sink into it, the sofa is lower than average and it is also soft with limited springs as it's a folded up bed, the side tables and lamps small with limited space, the bathroom is also very small, the tile around the tub is unfinished on the perimeter, the shower head sprays all over, and there are no shelves to put routing toiletries. The ceiling has a piece of plaster hanging down and there must be a water leak over the entrance door where the paint is sloughing and about to peel off.The unit has newer appliances, and functional accessories. The oven light didn't have a bulb, the dishwasher is out of service. There is no table to work off of or eat from. The countertop has stools to sit on. It's a renovated unit in an old building, it was not something that I would recommend to family or friends.

I stayed at the Oregon District property from 4/13–4/18/26. The location is definitely a highlight—it’s about a 10-minute walk to downtown, which was very convenient for getting around. However, there were several issues that impacted my stay. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the best fit. The walls are very thin, so I could clearly hear neighbors’ TV and conversations. There’s also a nearby CSX train that runs every 15–20 minutes, which made it difficult to get consistent rest. The futon/sleeper was also quite uncomfortable.I arrived about 30 minutes before check-in after traveling for work and was extremely tired. Unfortunately, early check-in wasn’t available. When I arrived, the housekeeper and her son had just gotten there and rushed in to begin cleaning, which made it clear the unit was not ready. The cleanliness overall was disappointing—there was a dirty washcloth left in the bathroom, sticky kitchen countertops, stained shower curtains, and visible grime in the shower corners. I also noticed dust buildup on the ceiling fan, which triggered my asthma. Additionally, there were maintenance concerns like a broken dishwasher and holes in the walls.I did take photos and shared them with the host, especially since there were multiple reminders about keeping the unit clean and potential fees for damages. Given the condition upon arrival, that felt concerning. The space itself is quite small. It’s listed for up to three people, but it felt cramped even for two, wi
