Family friendly! This little home will have everything you need. So central you don't need to drive anywhere, but with parking so you can if you want. Wake up with a fresh coffee and walk down Abbot to one of the private beaches. Then come home and do your laundry or make yourself a meal in the full kitchen. Or skip the kitchen entirely and walk downtown or to the brewery district for a nice supper. Only a 5 minute walk to the hospital if you're working or visiting family.

Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because I love to walk to the beach with my kiddos, cycle down Abbot, and go on dates with my hubby without having to worry about finding a parking spot downtown.
What makes this property unique
Besides the location, we love our backyard. With a trampoline for the kiddos, and a semi private seating area complete with swing and a rope ladder into the big cedar tree its bliss. We also love being able ti eat out there on the picnic bench our grandfather built for us!
