Absolutely perfect cottage - as advertised and very clean. Brand new hotub, coffee maker with coffee, plenty of clean towels and bathroom supplies. This rental was a delight! We cannot wait to stay here again. Host was extremely communicative and friendly. Excellent location across from the river, a very short walk to an excellent coffee shop as well.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy VRBO. Our host was easy to communicate and very responsive. We loved being so close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Literally less than 10 minutes from the gate. It was an extra treat, having the hot tub after a long day of hiking in the park.
Overall the cottage is a perfect little get-away for a couple and we enjoyed it quite a bit. If the hot tub could have been adjustable in order to make it a little warmer that would have been nice but we understand if there were reasons that it could not be made so. It in no way detracted from our overall stay and the amenities in place made for a great time had by my wife and me. Thank you for such a cute and enjoyable place to stay. Also, the Spice Rack, just down the road from the cottage, was a fantastic place to grab breakfast.

Thank you so much for staying with us! Unfortunately, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and manufacturers set 104 degrees as the maximum safe limit on all hot tubs now so that’s as hot as all brand new hot tubs get nowadays. So glad you had a good time enjoying town! Come back any time!
We were the first stay under the new owner and had a lovely experience. The cabin is the perfect size and exactly what we were looking for. The door does stick and can make you think the lock isnt working your first time so just be aware of that.
This property was exactly what we were looking for, it was far enough away from town center to avoid all the hustle, yet close enough for a quick run into town. The only down fall was the hot tub wasn’t working and wasn’t able to be fixed during our stay! It’s very close to RMNP entrance and we loved our morning coffee on the deck and daily visits of chipmunks, deer and their fawns.
Absolutely the cutest little cabin in Estes Park, clean & cozy. The host thought of everything from coffee to coloring books! Even with other cabins around, “our” cabin still felt secluded. Close to everything Estes Park has to offer, but just far enough away for peace and quiet (we could even hear the river across the road). We tried all the amenities, the hot tub (loved it), fire pit, grill, fireplace & even the oven, everything worked as it should. The internet access was great, as were the tv viewing options. The bed was comfortable and the shower was always nice and hot with plenty of soft, clean towels. There was even a tower type fan provided which was a blessing for hot sleepers like me! The hosts were quick to respond to questions. Yes, the front door is tricky and sticks a bit, you just gotta give it a little hip bump. The new owners are moving forward with upgrades and repairs at a fast pace, so that may not be an issue soon. There’s also a little bakery (Spice Rack) just down the road, we walked there for breakfast one morning, biscuits and gravy were amazing as were the pastries. Don’t hesitate to book this little gem, you won’t be disappointed! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
With this being my first time is Estes Park, I could not imagine a better place. It was SO close to everything from the National Park to downtown, this is the place to be. It was SO stinking cute inside and out. Definitely recommend for 1 or 2 people! The host was so accommodating and even let us extend our stay another night with no hassle. Would 100% stay here again!
