The entire home has been gutted and lovingly restored and updated.

Fantastic sunset views from the front enclosed porch that features AC and Heat.

Rear deck overlooks the fenced back yard.

A gas grill and corn hole games are provided.

First Floor Features:

Fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a cozy living room.

The semi-private den can double as a main level sleeping area.

A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry area are located off of the kitchen.

Second Floor Features:

The first bedroom has a king bed.

The second bedroom affords waterviews and has a king bed.

Shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is in the hallway.
