Second floor offers 2 large bedrooms and common full bath. BR #3 has Queen and bunk (twin over twin).

Great stay. Plenty of space for 7 adults and 2 kids. Great to have 3 bathrooms with showers. Very convenient for guest in wheelchair. Quieter area of Cape which was nice. Very near Cape Cod Rail Trail!

What a lovely home and great hosts

Well kept, light and lovely cape cod home. Delightful neighborhood, good privacy, easy access to the rest of the cape. Hosts were terrific. We had our elderly parents at the home and it’s well set up for that situation as well (ramp info entry way, main floor living in addition to upstairs bedrooms etc)

Divine home in Harwich

Our "blueberry" cottage was everything we hoped for on Cape Cod. Since my wife is disabled, having the ramp from the garage and into the roll in shower was most welcome. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and Harwich is close to everything on Cape Cod. We can't wait to come back! Richard

Family Vacation

The house was a perfect size for five adults and one 7-month old. We particularly enjoyed the open floor plan between the kitchen, dining area and the living room. The sunroom was great for additional space. I had asked about the availability of bikes and the owner specified that there were four or five bikes at the house. Unfortunately, none of the bikes were rideable. A small disappointment. We also would have preferred to check in earlier than 5 p.m.

Perfect house for families with kids!

We absolutely loved our stay in Harwich. The house was incredibly clean, cozy and comfortably fit 2 families with kids. With 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs we were able to put the kids separately while the grownups stayed up. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook all meals (even lobster!) and desert, as we had to eat in due to Covid restrictions. The sunroom was great for working away from the bustle of the kitchen, and the basement had a fusball, ping pong and air hockey table which everyone enjoyed. We had no issue with parking at the beach (thr host - Leanne - made sure we got our parking passes early) and the house was a quick ride to the bike path. Great quiet neighborhood for evening walks or runs. The house was perfect for our getaway. The host Leanne was knowledgeable, helpful and stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed - couldn’t have asked for better communication. Overall a wonderful stay in a well loved and cared for home.

Lovely Quiet Neighborhood , Home away from Home

Extremely clean, comfortable, accommodating home. Staying at this home enable us to make wonderful memories with my disabled, elderly father. Wheel chair access to front door and also through garage. The recliner in the sunroom was dad’s favorite spot! Neighborhood homes had beautiful landscaped yards. Enjoyed our evening walks. Easy access to bike trail, pond, cranberry bog. Short drive to restaurants. Owners were friendly and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend this home for those looking for quiet peaceful get away.

Perfect Cape Escape for Exfended Family

From the initial inquiry, through booking and eventually our one week stay, owner Leanne was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. The house was exactly as described in the listing and had all the amenities one would need while on vacation at Cape Cod. It was meticulously maintained and clean and met our high standards. The accommodations were perfect for my family of 9 (2 families of 4 and mom). We especially appreciated the beautiful sunroom for relaxing and the outdoor shower which was all we used during our week’s stay. The basement with its games/activities were fun for our teenage and young adult children, although the weather cooperated so we spent less time inside and more time outside. The koi pond in the front yard provides a unique addition to the tranquil neighborhood setting. The location, while not on the beach, was in close proximity to a number of beaches both bay and oceanside. Would definitely highly recommend this rental and would stay again.

Cozy home in central location

We enjoyed a wonderful week in beautiful Harwich. The house is warm and cozy and filled with everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, and bicycles. The kitchen was fully stocked and the basement rec room provided hours of fun for the grandkids. The adults enjoyed morning coffee in the beautiful sunroom. The location was central to the beautiful Harwich beaches, Cape Cod Baseball, Miniature Golf and a Trampoline Park. The owner was wonderful and answered all our questions. Great week!

Best summer summer home around!

We rented this wonderful house for three weeks in July 2017. We were extremely happy. The house was very clean when we arrived and it has all the standard amenities – a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, a washer/dryer (hint: a bit noisy to use after you go to bed), a dishwasher, central air, 2 TVs, 2 refrigerators (one in the garage), outdoor seating area, and an outdoor shower (it’s a fabulous outdoor shower!). There are also a few non-standard amenities – a coy pond in the front yard (very peaceful), a ping pong table in basement, basketball hoop (and basketball!) in driveway and 6 beach chairs. The house sleeps 10 comfortably. And, we were the first visitors who were able to use the new sun porch. The sun porch gave us a quiet place to read the paper, drink coffee or just talk when family members were waking up or going to bed (or napping!) It’s a very comfortable room that overlooks the back wooded area. The location of the house is great, only 2 minutes to US 6, a couple of minutes (by bike) to Cape Cod Bike trail, 10 minutes to Harwich (and the beaches) and Brewster, 15 to Chatham. The house is also wheelchair accessible – something that was important to us! We were able to bring our son who has cerebral palsy – who hasn’t been able to join us on the Cape for years because we couldn’t find an accessible home. The house has a couple of ramps – we recommend the one through the garage because it’s so easy to navigate into the house. The neighborhood is lovely – nice people (found someone who sells eggs from her chickens) and some wildlife to see (wild turkeys, deer, rabbits, plenty of birds including hawks, and a coyote or two at dusk or later.) The owners, Leanne and Michael, are extremely responsive (and kind) -- they were available by phone and text anytime we had a question. In short, this is a fabulous place in a wonderful area on the Cape. We loved the house (and the owners) and hope to return next summer!

Great house!!

my two very good friends our daughters and I decided to plan a "Mother daughters weekend" and what better place to go but Cape Cod, we searched for a house that would accomodate all of us (9 women) searched for a while as we wanted to be perfect, and i found it!! this beautiful home, it has everything you need, is very well maintain, clean plenty os space for everyone and a big plus tons of games to play, we all like it so much that we are planning to rent it again next year!! you know how difficult it is to make 9 women happy......well this house did!!!!!!

The Best House on the Street

Our family stayed here for the Memorial Weekend and as soon as we pulled up the property we were in awe. This property was the best looking house on the property and the curb appeal really stood out especially the koi fish pond. The house was better than the photos and there was a lot of space and the kids enjoyed being able to run around the yard. The rooms were huge and accommodated everyone that came on the trip. The house had everything we needed and the grocery store was close by. Leanne the owner was awesome to work with and very responsive especially since I had a question for her everyday she answered quickly and professionally. She made everything really easy and our stay very pleasant. The West Dennis beach was close and great for the kids as its family friendly and convenient. There were also some great restaurants around the area. The Kids were able to play Ping Pong, Foosball and darts in the basement. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and if we ever stay in Harwich we will be saying here again.

Definitely Coming Back!

Every year my old college roommates and I get together on the Cape for our annual Girls Weekend. We have been going to the same place for over ten years, but this year is the first year that our usual place was unavailable. We scrambled to find a new place and found this property. It looked great online, but when we got there, I have to say it surpassed all of our expectations. The property was immaculate - tastefully decorated, bright and welcoming, pristine - and the owners thought of everything. Fresh linens, everything you need to cook a meal, a beautiful patio out back and even a fish pond out front! The owners really care about the experience of their guests -- and it showed. The bike path is a short walk away, and we all took a beautiful walk on the bike path, past the Cranberry Bogs and two fresh water lakes that I never even knew existed! Downtown Harwich was just a short drive away, and we had a nice afternoon visiting the many quaint shops. The restaurants are all top-notch and we had a lovely meal downtown. Then we went to the beach on Bank street and enjoyed the peace and quiet & sunshine, and even saw a seal swimming along in the ocean! By the time our weekend was coming to a close, I was on the phone with my husband, telling him about the property. We will definitely rent this property again, not only for girls weekend, but as a family for our summer vacation - it is even big enough to accommodate two families, without being crowded. The rooms are spacious and there are three bathrooms plus a large basement with a ping pong table, etc. that my teenagers will no doubt love. And the outdoor shower provides the ultimate Cape experience. If you're looking for a nice property to rent on the cape, this has everything. Close to the bike path, beaches, fresh water lakes, downtown shopping and restaurants - it is a little slice of heaven!

Great Cape Rental

We made last minute plans to go to the Cape for our girl's April vacation and stayed at this lovely home. What a great rental home! The owners were very accommodating to our last minute needs. When we arrived, the house was clean and they had left a bag of Cape Cod Chips (my family's favorite!) on the island. The house is located perfectly on the Cape, close to Harwich center, Bank Street Beach and right near the bike path. We were happy to be able to use the bikes they provide (I think there were 5 altogether, including a smaller one for younger kids). The neighborhood is quiet with hardly any traffic, so we felt comfortable biking and rollerblading on the streets. Also, they have air hockey, ping pong, fooseball, and a dart board in the basement for the one rainy day we had. We have rented houses on the Cape before, and this one was, by far, the best - we will be coming back this summer. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful home in a nice quiet well kept neighborhood. Excellent location close to the Route 6 which was ideal for our trip, site seeing , shopping with time to enjoy the great restaurants in Chatham, Orleans and Brewster. The home is very well kept and has everything you need. The owners were nice and very helpful! We found the flyer for George's Pizza in the folder it was a great recommendation for our first night in:) The added bonus was having the home be wheel chair accessible (the ramp out front and in the garage along with the perfect master bath.)

Fabulous Cape vacation!

Our family had its second annual reunion on Cape Cod at this beautiful home. We found the house to be immaculate, roomy, comfortable and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for a morning walk, and the location ideal for quick access to the bike path, Route 6, and Harwich attractions. The kitchen has everything we needed, and we really appreciated the second refrigerator in the garage. The outdoor shower got rave reviews and we enjoyed the koi pond in the front yard. Owners were a delight to work with. We will return!

Beautiful rental home

we had a wonderful time at this home while visiting the Cape. The home is setup perfectly for a person in a wheel chair and uses a walker. (I did bring our own shower chair). The home is very clean, beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable, centrally located for an easy drive to downtown shopping and easily accessible to the bike/walking path. Owners were very easy to work with!

Best cape house we've seen in years!!!

We have been going to the cape for family reunions for years and this was by far the nicest rental we have had. Extremely clean and well maintained with plenty of space for our whole family. Just off of 6 in a easy to find and in a great location. Really cant say enough about how nice, clean and well thought out everything is about this house. The basement is perfect for young and old a like to relax after a hard day at the beach, numerous matches of ping pong and darts were enjoyed by all. In all cant complain about a thing. Will definitely be looking to stay there next summer as well!

Perfect Cape Cod rental

We spent a great week at this beautiful home in Harwich. We found a welcoming bag of Cape Cod potato chips, Cape Cod salad dressing, a bottle of wine and a notebook with lots of house details and local information. How thoughtful! We were impressed with the cleanliness and level of detail apparent throughout the home. The owners of this property were a pleasure to deal with. Leanne was approachable and quick to respond via text and e-mail. Great location and immaculately clean! The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We had lots of space for the kids to play outdoors, ride bikes and play basketball. The owners provided chairs, tables, umbrellas, outdoor games and coolers for our enjoyment. The outdoor shower was a big hit! We appreciated the open floor plan where we entertained around the kitchen island. This is where we gathered in the evening as the kids played ping pong, darts, and air hockey in the large basement. What a bonus to have extra space for the kids to hang out! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to entertain. Having central air conditioning throughout made some of our muggy days comfortable. We grilled out often and spent many evenings on the deck. The bedrooms are nicely appointed with very comfortable beds. Having a walk in oversized shower in the Master Bathroom was an unexpected surprise as it made it much easier for my elderly Aunt to manage. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and spotless. Thanks for sharing your house with us. We will definitely be back next year!

Wonderful home for a family vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the accomodations in this home. Perfect size for 2 families with kids. Super clean which was a must for us. Beds were comfortable and our kids especially enjoyed the huge yard perfectly set up for wiffle ball and a long flat driveway for scooters and bikes. The deck was enjoyable and the house had everything we needed to cook meals and entertain our kids. .The only thing we wished for was towels and linens to be included in the rental. We would rent this home again for future vacations.

beautiful home!!!

Thank you for a wonderful rental. We loved your beautifully furnished home, it had everything we needed to entertain friends and family. Thanks for the kids games. The teens enjoyed their own space with TV and futon couch upstairs. We liked the newness of the house, it was very clean and well appointed. The sleeping accommodations were great for our family, the kids loved the bunk beds, the beds were very comfortable. We would highly recommend and hope to be back next year.
