Hi, we’re Tony and Elisa—married for over 20 years and now proud owners of Big Country Escape! We live in Virginia with our two boys, Trevor (18) and Briley (15). Trevor is on the autism spectrum and finds true joy and freedom riding his ATV. Briley is our sports guy—playing football and wrestling for his high school team.

We’ve been visiting the Hatfield & McCoy Trails for years and finally found our perfect home base in Bluewell, WV. We fell in love with the area, the people, and the peace of the mountains. After staying in many trail-friendly homes, we were inspired to create a place of our own—where families, friends, and fellow riders could feel welcome, comfortable, and right at home.

We can’t wait to share Big Country Escape with you—whether you’re here for adventure, relaxation, or a little bit of both!

We chose this location and neighborhood because you can ride directly to the trails but also enjoy close amenities such as restaurants, gas, car wash, grocery and more! Bluewell is a friendly, ATV town and we have made many great friends that can help make your stay fun and comfortable!

What makes this property unique

Not only is the house spacious and perfect for riders, we also wanted to make sure it has the comforts for anyone wanting to stay and enjoy what WV and the area has to offer! There is a three bay garage on the property where one of the bays is reserved for the enters. You can store your machines, gear and even vehicle in this space, included with the house. There is also a large parking area and nice outdoor spaces to enjoy the outside. Inside, we have equipped the house with new and refurnished furniture for a clean, comfortable feel. We love to host and look forward to our visitors!
