This adorable farmhouse is the perfect place to come stay and ride. With 5 cozy bedrooms including 2 bunk beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin bed, This property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Close to the Pocahontas trail system, so no trailering. We are just outside of Montcalm, so you are also close to restaurants in Bluewell. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in West Virginia.

Great place to stay with a group

This property is a great place to stay with a group of ATV enthusiasts. It's close to the H/M trails and Bluewell, WV. The setting is beautiful with the river nearby, pastures, and there's plenty of parking.You do have to cross an abandoned railroad track on the way in. Long trailers might get high centered or scrape. The internet service is spotty and slow. None of this is the fault of the property owner...it's just part of staying in rural WV.Would rent this property again!

Property manager responded quickly to an issue with the grill and was very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. We would give him an absolute 5 star rating. The house had very minimal furnishings. There were no dressers and only 1 nightstand in the house. There were no pictures and only 1 useable mirror. There were no towel bars or hooks so nowhere to hang anything in either bathroom. The upstairs toilet seat was literally falling off. The upstairs a/c only worked 1/2 the time. The house was dirty upon our arrival, so we cleaned it ourselves. The trash can was 1/2 full when we got there so by the time we left it was overflowing because no pick up had been made. The covered porch was nice but the gas grill had so much grease in the bottom it caught on fire our 1st night there. The property manager responded quickly and brought us a new charcoal grill and lighter. We will definately return to the area but will not stay here.
