The condo was clean, check in was easy, covered parking, we were about a mile from Broadway, we used Uber for our trips into downtown, this was cheaper than paying for parking, cost for each trip about 8-10, Enjoyed our time here, I would stay here again.

Good property. Not too bad of a walk to Broadway. Only downside is noise levels if someone is in the unit above. You can hear everything. Unit itself was clean and had the amenities we we needed.

The property is not safe to walk downtown from. Things need to be updated. The electrical outlets were scary. Small shower leaked all over and has mold around the pan. Beds are extremely comfortable!Thanks for addressing our issues.

As with any urban area, whether someone feels comfortable walking—particularly at certain times of day—is ultimately a matter of personal comfort and preference, and we encourage guests to use their own judgment. Great trip to Nashville! We were in town for a concert at Nissan Stadium. It was so easy to walk to the stadium and not have to deal with traffic and parking! Great location...close to restaurants, Broadway, Germantown. Condo has all the necessities, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, covered parking space, etc. Very peaceful location on the river. Host had great communication and very easy instructions on check in/out.

Overall, a nice property on the River as advertised. Had a couple of minor hiccups with our stay but management was very responsive and made quick corrections. I'm a light sleeper and there are some noise issues( train comes by in the morning). If you're a light sleeper bring earplugs, otherwise it's a nicely situated property close enough to the action without being on top of it.

We loved our stay in Nashville. Host was VERY receptive to communication and even came out almost immediately to help us with a small issue. The location was perfect. We did a lot of walking but saved lots of money on Ubers by choosing this location.
