About this property
Loft Cabin + Hot Tub w/Outdoor Shower
A peacefully located cabin that sits at the top of the property overlooking the beautiful mountains that Western NC provides. A loft with two sides that comfortably sleep five. We also provide a cot with foam if needed.
A kitchenette with tons of appliances that allow for you to make the perfect meal. The wood stove also has a built-in grill on top so you can grill from inside the cabin if you prefer. WiFi, and a large selection of board games are provided for those who like to enjoy their time inside. A fire pit, mini charcoal BBQ, and hot tub make for a great time outdoors. We have lot's of material for you to read to give you ideas as to what to do locally. While the inside does provide a toilet and sink your shower is located outside directly beside the hot tub. This property sits on 50+ acres which you are free to explore. Parking is located just outside the cabin and down at the bottom to the right of the main house which is also a vacation rental and not fully occupied. I try to rent one at a time, but at time's guest's may overlap. This doesn't at all infringe on your privacy as the cabin sits at the very top all by itself.

I am originally from the Washington, DC area, but moved to Marshall, NC about 4 yrs ago.
Why they chose this property
We adore this area. My late father is from Asheville so he and my Mom purchased the estate to retire here. It's absolutely the best place to live and visit!! So many wonderful people and togetherness in this very welcoming community.
What makes this property unique
My late father was a man of many ideas and endless potential. My Mother is an artist. Both contributed to the build. Every detail was handpicked and screams the opposite of cookie cutter. Everyone who stays here says they've never slept better and they tell us how unique the cabin is.
