My husband and I enjoyed staying here very much! The studio apartment was clean, the amenities were perfect, and our ocean view was phenomenal! We felt totally safe and the other families staying in this complex were very nice. I hope to be able to book this studio again next year!

This place was nice Watch the sunrise from your bed or balcony. Watched a rocket launch from the balcony with a bit of a stretch, better off walking down to the patio or beach. We will definitely stay here again. and cozy and clean.

Perfect location.

We had a great time at this place. We stay in Daytona 3/4 times a year and usually stay at a place a bit further north. It was booked and we were bummed. But, going this place and couldn’t have asked for a better place. So simple to get in and out of and will definitely look for it again when booking our next Stay

Staying in Daytona

It was nice we enjoyed it. The bad thing about it we was never told the lobby was closed for checking in and had to look for our room it took awhile to find it and find the key for the pool gate to get to the beach and pool.

Hi Stjean, we passed your review on to the homeowner, who would like to share the following: We use professional photographers for our listing photos to ensure our images accurately reflect the property, and guests can decide before booking if the property will suit their needs. We can assure you that it is just as advertised online. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking to meet expectations. The exterior aesthetic is something we and other guests appreciate. We understand taste is subjective so not everyone will be pleased. We take pride in our property, Unfortunately, the views of the home didn't suit your preferences. We are sorry you weren’t completely satisfied and we do all we can to make the best possible stay. We have had such positive reviews in the past. We work very hard to ensure all guests arrive at a 5-star experience at our vacation home and we're confident that we will continue to do so moving forward!

Studio with Oceanview Belcony

We lived our stay. Very clean. Had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Beautiful view! Walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay here again! (There was some construction going on but it did not bother us at all)

My stay here for the ROLEX was perfect. Plenty of parking and getting in and out was seamless. It was a little confusing to find the room, so know that the parking and elevator are in the center of the two buildings. But elevator was right to your door. It was beautiful waking up to the waves from the balcony each morning. Highly recommended and will stay here again.

Nice stay for two people!

My fiance and I rented this one bedroom studio. It was in a quiet little community with pool access. There is beach access as well but due to construction at the moment it is not direct (that's what legs are for). It had utensils and was very clean. Close to everything we wanted to do and beautiful beach view from private patio. Had a minor issue getting into our room but it was resolved quickly. We would stay here again.

Great view!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We arrived very late (2 am) and had difficulty locating the unit. I called the owner and she answered! She was so helpful. I had a couple of other questions during my stay and she addressed them immediately. The room is perfect for two people and the view is very relaxing. The building itself could use some repairs and updating, but I would stay here again on my next trip.

Cute place in daytona

Great location, beach is beautiful, some updates needed to update building. Main pool closed still, listing does not reflect that main pool closed due to storm damage. Side pool still open. Emailed evolve with questions on arrival no answers

Hi Darin, we have passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We are disheartened and surprised by the feedback you provided. We use professional photography for the home, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. The listing does state that PARKING: Community lot (1 vehicle), street parking, but we are sorry if this caught you off guard. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. While mattress taste is subjective, we have never received any complaints about this in the past. However, we apologize that you were not completely comfortable and that our specific beds did not suit your personal preferences. While we cannot control external factors like neighborhood construction due to the recent hurricane, we’re sorry this impacted your stay. We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback.

Anniversary get away

The inside was nice and just right for the two of us, the outside needs some tlc. The beach access was not very convenient as they are doing some work on the sea wall and one of the pools is having some work done also which is fine but the description needs to be updated until the project is finished. We were unaware of the complete self check in process and we had to search thru the email to find our room number luckily we found a very nice lady that helped us find our room. Over all it was a great trip.

I had a great stay! At first I was worried because part of the property is being worked on and looked tun down. I couldn’t find my unit so was wondering around. Once I called the contact they directed me to my unit and I was pleasantly surprised. Space was small but clean and neat. Water pressure was great and balcony a nice space to unwind after work. The pool was great and grounds on the one side perfect! Understanding that area was hit hard by the hurricane it makes sense that the other pool and side of the property is be worked on. Looks can be deceiving. The contact was very helpful and accommodating. I would stay again!

Love the view!

The place was as described on the site. Updated and clean. View was great! My only complaint would be that it wasn't communicated that there was not any direct beach access during our stay. I understood why there wasn't access but wish I had known that before going. The site was under construction repairing damage from a hurricane. After walking around the property for a few minutes, we did find a path that ran alongside the property that we were able to get to the beach from. I would stay here again.

Cozy Condo in a nice resort!

We enjoyed our stay for Memorial Day Weekend. This condo is clean, comfortable and has everything you need! Don't let the pictures deceive you the view is even better than is shown (I wish I had taken a picture looking straight out). Hosts were very responsive. Although we did not use the pool, it was quite nice and very clean. We watch people enjoy the grills and take advantage of the expansive courtyard overlooking the beach. Access to the beach was easy and well maintained. Overall, it's a place we would enjoy to go to again! Pro tip! Do try to the breakfast and Lunch restaurant right next to it! Adam's Egg. Delicious food and they specialize in tasty mimosas! Hidden gem right there. Note: The resort itself does not do a good job with the way the resort is laid out in terms of unit numbering. Best to contact host before arriving and ask for specific instructions on finding the unit as there is no lobby to do so.
