This place was nice Watch the sunrise from your bed or balcony. Watched a rocket launch from the balcony with a bit of a stretch, better off walking down to the patio or beach. We will definitely stay here again. and cozy and clean.

We had a great time at this place. We stay in Daytona 3/4 times a year and usually stay at a place a bit further north. It was booked and we were bummed. But, going this place and couldn’t have asked for a better place. So simple to get in and out of and will definitely look for it again when booking our next Stay

It was nice we enjoyed it. The bad thing about it we was never told the lobby was closed for checking in and had to look for our room it took awhile to find it and find the key for the pool gate to get to the beach and pool.

My stay here for the ROLEX was perfect. Plenty of parking and getting in and out was seamless. It was a little confusing to find the room, so know that the parking and elevator are in the center of the two buildings. But elevator was right to your door. It was beautiful waking up to the waves from the balcony each morning. Highly recommended and will stay here again.

Great view!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We arrived very late (2 am) and had difficulty locating the unit. I called the owner and she answered! She was so helpful. I had a couple of other questions during my stay and she addressed them immediately. The room is perfect for two people and the view is very relaxing. The building itself could use some repairs and updating, but I would stay here again on my next trip.

I had a great stay! At first I was worried because part of the property is being worked on and looked tun down. I couldn’t find my unit so was wondering around. Once I called the contact they directed me to my unit and I was pleasantly surprised. Space was small but clean and neat. Water pressure was great and balcony a nice space to unwind after work. The pool was great and grounds on the one side perfect! Understanding that area was hit hard by the hurricane it makes sense that the other pool and side of the property is be worked on. Looks can be deceiving. The contact was very helpful and accommodating. I would stay again!

My fiance and I rented this one bedroom studio. It was in a quiet little community with pool access. There is beach access as well but due to construction at the moment it is not direct (that's what legs are for). It had utensils and was very clean. Close to everything we wanted to do and beautiful beach view from private patio. Had a minor issue getting into our room but it was resolved quickly. We would stay here again.

Anniversary get away

The inside was nice and just right for the two of us, the outside needs some tlc. The beach access was not very convenient as they are doing some work on the sea wall and one of the pools is having some work done also which is fine but the description needs to be updated until the project is finished. We were unaware of the complete self check in process and we had to search thru the email to find our room number luckily we found a very nice lady that helped us find our room. Over all it was a great trip.

Love the view!

The place was as described on the site. Updated and clean. View was great! My only complaint would be that it wasn't communicated that there was not any direct beach access during our stay. I understood why there wasn't access but wish I had known that before going. The site was under construction repairing damage from a hurricane. After walking around the property for a few minutes, we did find a path that ran alongside the property that we were able to get to the beach from. I would stay here again.

Cozy Condo in a nice resort!

We enjoyed our stay for Memorial Day Weekend. This condo is clean, comfortable and has everything you need! Don't let the pictures deceive you the view is even better than is shown (I wish I had taken a picture looking straight out). Hosts were very responsive. Although we did not use the pool, it was quite nice and very clean. We watch people enjoy the grills and take advantage of the expansive courtyard overlooking the beach. Access to the beach was easy and well maintained. Overall, it's a place we would enjoy to go to again! Pro tip! Do try to the breakfast and Lunch restaurant right next to it! Adam's Egg. Delicious food and they specialize in tasty mimosas! Hidden gem right there. Note: The resort itself does not do a good job with the way the resort is laid out in terms of unit numbering. Best to contact host before arriving and ask for specific instructions on finding the unit as there is no lobby to do so.

Perfect for a short getaway

Arrived Friday afternoon and left Sunday morning . I was in town for a 2 day course. The unit was clean, comfortable and basic enough for my needs. My goal was to be able to walk the beach each day, which I did, including sunrise Sunday. Relax in the evening on the balcony with a book and wine after my walk, it was lovely. I ate breakfast at Adam’s Egg both mornings which is on property, that was a big bonus. Great food. Opened at 7:00 made it easy to have full breakfast before my class at 9:00 Comfort level, bed not too hard, not too soft. Temperature was fine. Bathroom is tight, but functional. Shower water pressure also good. Kitchen was used just for coffee and snack making. Appreciated the full size fridge as I had ice packs with me, and lunch food. Couch very firm, sat mostly on the bed or at the high top table.Also enjoyed full cable tv as I am not a “streamer”. Most VRBOs only offer streaming I would stay here again. Just for the beach access, the comfortable bed and the price…oh and to go to Adam’s Egg again.

Great location for bikers close to strip but not so close you hear the noise from the strip. Clean room and quiet building. Holding was really old and dated but would definitely stay again.
