The sunlit living room features a wall of built-in bookshelves and a large picture window, while the eat-in kitchen—stocked with all the essentials—overlooks the front yard and flows easily into the dining space. Three bedrooms (a queen, two twins, and a single twin) offer restful comfort for up to five guests, and a full laundry setup adds convenience to your stay. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

*Home Truths:* - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach towels. - This home does not have access to a pool. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. - This home allows up to two pets with prior approval and a pet fee. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Although the house is pet friendly, the outdoor area is not fully fenced. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We had a great stay at the old cottage. The house was very clean and cosey. Only hiccup we had was getting the wrong check in number but was able to contact the host and get it solved in under 10 minutes. I would recommend them again.

Great location. Centrally located to everything Mt. Pleasant has to offer. Safe, established part of the area. There is only the one actual bed. The bunk beds and day bed are fine for children but not ideal for adults. The refrigerator takes exceptionally long (read as too long IMO) to cool down drinks. Overall, reasonable value for the area.
