It is just minutes from downtown, and two local resort island beaches! Just 5.5 miles from Sullivan's Island and 7 miles from Isle of Palms. Two assigned parking spaces for unit and ample guest parking available. Nearby are plantations, Outlet and Mall Shopping, world class dining and countless outdoor activities and festivals. A great way to stay and play in Charleston without being caught in the hustle and bustle! Minutes away from the famous Authur Ravenel, Jr Bridge where one of the largest 10k races take place every year. You can walk/run/bike or just sightsee from the paths on either side of this magnificent new bridge. A visit to the Mt Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park at the base of the bridge is a must! There you will find a large gated Playground for kids, picnic spots, fishing pier, plus gift shop, bathrooms and snack bar.

A beautifully landscaped and fenced patio is tucked in back off the dining room/living room complete with gas grill, and outdoor dining table with umbrella.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All trash needs to be removed at departure. Okay to leave unopened food items in Refrigerator or Freezer. Leave used linens and towels in Laundry Rm
