This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome features a main-level suite, a fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, central A/C, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, board games, and Netflix-ready TVs for your entertainment. This home offers easy access to the beach, resort amenities, and golf privileges. Enjoy the best of peaceful resort living combined with the excitement of the Delaware coast.

Planning a concert at Freeman Arts Pavilion? You’re within walking distance! Golfing? Jack Nicklaus Signature 18-hole golf course is top-tier, scenic, and upscale. (Tee-time not included in the resort amenity fee).

Optional Resort Fee: Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests 5+ for the use of the community's amenities. 2026 summer rates are $65 per person (ages 5+) for a 3-day pass; $115 per person (5+) for a 7-day pass. Amenities include:

The house smelled strongly of animals, so much so some of the girls had to change houses. The women that did stay, had issues regulating the temperature in the bedrooms.
