About the host
Hosted by Juli

Hello! Thank you for viewing my listing. This is my first time as a host! I live on the property in my 1930s house, but you'll rarely see me. (You might see my 20lb fur baby [Ginger] peek her nose under the fence!) I'm originally from the midwest (Indiana) and have lived in Phoenix most of my life. I'm a business professional and my office is in downtown, just 1.5 miles from my home. I love being outside and am very active, including running and hiking. I do a lot of volunteer work for different organizations. I enjoy sporting events and it's so easy to get downtown to the two stadiums.
Why they chose this property
I've lived in this charming neighborhood just North of downtown Phoenix for 20+ years. Every house is different, which is what attracted me to the neighborhood, as well as it's close to downtown Phoenix. My home was built in 1930 and the guest house was finished in Summer 2025. I'm involved in our annual holiday home tour which attracts people from across the Valley. I walk my dog twice daily, as do many neighbors, so it is a great way to know neighbors and their dogs!
What makes this property unique
This guest house is brand new! How cool is that! Unlike many other backyard casitas, the guest will use a single private, gated parking space just 3-4 steps from the front door. The majority of other guest houses offer only street parking. There are three secluded outdoor patio areas to enjoy the sunset and the moderate temperatures in the winter months!
