Step back in time with with evidence of mining surrounding this wilderness paradise. Average summer high temps in mid 70's and average lows in the 40's it's camping at it's best with no A/C needed. The camper is nestled under a pole barn with starlink satellite for wifi and off grid power provided by battery/inverter and recharged by solar. Abundant firewood and surrounded by nature. Being off grid it will be necessary for Guests to be interactive with the camper and the camping experience. The camper is in the wilderness with no standard utility hookups. A house manual is provided in the camper for instructions and troubleshooting of all the systems provided i.e. fresh water, power/inverter, propane etc.
