Cozy, but couple of misses

Lots of attention has been paid to decor, but not so much ease of use. I was given the wrong entry instructions, and then struggled to find AC controls, etc. (Nothing was marked.) Suggest less clutter (like old, twine-wrapped books), and more communication.

We are very sorry you did not have a good experience. I do want to say the correct entry instructions were given and entry was made nearly immediately as someone was onsite to help. Granted there may be a few bugs to work out as this cottage is newly remodeled. The thermostat is very easy to find and simple to use, however I am available to answer any questions and help with such things. If guests reach out things will get resolved quickly. We do not want our guests to leave feeling this way. Again our apologies.
