• 50% refund for cancellations 14+ days prior (outside 48-hour window)
• 50% refund for cancellations 7–14 days prior
• Cleaning fee only refunded if canceled within 7 days of check-in

While the property was great, the host was really excellent. Great and timely communication, and it just made everything super easy. We had to chat back and forth on some minor things, but you can tell he really cares about his guests and their experience. It would be a no brainer to stay here again given beach access, property quality and such a great host team.

This place is absolutely amazing. The beach is *right* there. When you're out on the balcony, you may as well be sitting at the beach. My family and I are already looking at the calendar and seeing when we can schedule another stay.

Property was clean and comfy. Great view of the ocean. Bed was super comfy to me. Just like at home. Elevator didnt work for one of the days we were there but we were only on the 2nd floor so stairs werent bad. Beach access on either side of the building. Overall it was a very nice stay and a reasonable price for off seasonThanks so much.
