If you cancel at least 7 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with 7 days of check in, no refund will be sent.

The condo was as described and clean and right on the beach. It was close to restaurants. Jack was easy to get in touch with if you needed him. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful 6 day stay! The beach is steps away. The view is incredible - we even saw a pod of dolphins from the balcony one morning! Host is responsive and helpful. We’re looking forward to staying here again!

Very nice place with great views. This host obviously cares about the experience their guests have. Condo was well stocked with convenience items. Photos were accurate to the condition of the property and the check-in process was easy. The sliders on the balcony allowed us to still take in the views while being shielded from the inclement weather. We would definitely stay again.

At first the code didn't work. Then I found out that you had to blind press the first number because they didn't light up at first. Then all of the bathroom vents looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month. Including the air conditioner vents which had black dust around those vents. We didn't use the secondary shower because it had brown in between the squares. Just didn't look right. I talked to Jack and he never offered a partial refund for the cleaning. The connection to the internet tv went out around 10 times a day. So, you couldn't watch a program without it going out, then coming back on in 30 seconds. Other than that, everything else was fine. We won't be staying there again. Sorry for the bad review. My first ever. And we've been doing this for a while. Hopefully everything gets fixed, so the next people don't have to go thru this.

While the property was great, the host was really excellent. Great and timely communication, and it just made everything super easy. We had to chat back and forth on some minor things, but you can tell he really cares about his guests and their experience. It would be a no brainer to stay here again given beach access, property quality and such a great host team.

This place is absolutely amazing. The beach is *right* there. When you're out on the balcony, you may as well be sitting at the beach. My family and I are already looking at the calendar and seeing when we can schedule another stay.

Property was clean and comfy. Great view of the ocean. Bed was super comfy to me. Just like at home. Elevator didnt work for one of the days we were there but we were only on the 2nd floor so stairs werent bad. Beach access on either side of the building. Overall it was a very nice stay and a reasonable price for off seasonThanks so much.
