The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you used any beach items, please shake off any sand and return them to where you found them. Leave outdoor trashcan street side for pickup.
Clean the grill if you used it. A $50 fee will apply if it’s left dirty.
Report any damage or broken items. We know accidents happen — just let us know before we notice, so we can take care of it in time for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Sand: -Leave sandy shoes on the front deck to keep the house clean. -Use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand before entering.
Towels: - White towels are for indoors use only. Blue-striped towels in the third room may be used for the beach if you forgot yours.
Access: Do not open boxes under the beds — they contain cleaning supplies. The locked closet in the bay-view bedroom is the owners’ and off-limits.
