Experience coastal living at its finest in this newly built, modern 1-bedroom condo located in the gated community of Ocean Isles Fishing Village (OIFV). Thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience, this beautifully appointed unit features a king-sized bed, a brand-new queen sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Enjoy all the comforts of home, including air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and two hair dryers.

Spend your days exploring everything Marathon and the Florida Keys have to offer. Then return to OIFV and cast a line from the community fishing pier that is complete with two fish cleaning stations, or launch your paddleboard right from the property. Afterwards, relax in the oceanfront heated pool or unwind beneath the tiki huts as you take in a stunning sunset over the water.

Ocean Isles Fishing Village is a newly developed, oceanfront community spanning 7 pristine acres. Guests have access to a full clubhouse with a kitchen, grilling stations, additional fish cleaning areas, and a commercial ice machine—everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing time! Beautiful pool super quiet and relaxing. We caught fish down on the dock and enjoyed amazing views of the beautiful water. Mary Ann was an amazing host and we will 100 percent be back again!

This condo was perfect, with all the necessary amenities. Clean, well taken care of, comfortable and the grounds are well kept. There are also a few eateries within walking distance for those days when you don't want to venture out too far. I love that it is a gated community. All the residents and visitors were so friendly!
