The house was disgustingly dirty. Stayed long enough to take pictures & find a hotel. Hours on the phone with non-English speaking vrbo manager. Host said full refund, but still waiting. So gross, no way we would stay. Good thing we didn't take dogs or would have had a much harder time finding somewhere to stay. BUYER BEWARE!

I loved that dogs can stay! The house was so nice! Whatever trouble we had we told the host and they replied quick. A little things the cleaning team needs to work out in some areas, nothing too bad. However, overall we enjoyed our stay! We went for a religious festivity and will definitely book again if we need to stay close to the NRG Center! We also check out super late due to the last event however the host super understanding and not too crazy check out fee. A super plus is that there is a park closed to the house within walking distance where I took my dogs to potty! They loved it!

This property would have gotten a better rating, except there were dirty/moldy dishes in the dishwasher. There was odd rug and furniture placement that caused a lot of trip hazards in livingroom and master. The electric outlets were loose so the chargers kept falling out. There were monitors in the rooms, but no computer or cables, so tv options were limited. There were also partially used bars of soap in the showers and expired food in the pantry and fridge.The beds and house were comfortable, and once the backyard is complete it will be great for kids and pets. It was also odd to run in to the homeowner during checkin. Host were accommodating to allow us to check in early and responsive communication from them.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds: peace and quiet when you want to relax, and quick access to the city when you need to get things done. We’re minutes from NRG Park, the Texas Medical Center, Downtown Houston, and even NASA — but tucked away in a safe, quiet, and family-friendly community. We love taking evening walks with our daughter and our dog, especially on the nearby trail just a few minutes from the house. It’s one of those hidden-gem neighborhoods you don’t hear about, but once you’re here, it feels like home.
