The view and the location are great for this property. The condo was decent, there is definitely wear and tear in the building. The dishwasher had water standing in the bottom and smelled terrible, and the wire racks were rusted terribly. The staff working around the building were rude at times and not very friendly. We try to visit Panama City every year and have stayed at a few different places and I would say that this has been one of the worst so far. I wished I would have taken pictures but I didn’t. And like I said the condo was decent but I’ve definitely stayed at nicer places for the same amount of money or even less.

We were pleasantly surprised the owners had done some nice updating to the condo - with new stainless steel appliances - new light fixtures - new or painted white TV armoire in living room (just beautiful) - condo painted beautiful. There's a few things I know there working on yet - but the views from this corner unit are spectacular during the day of the ocean - with a very spacious balcony, plus a nice surprise there was a side second balcony off the back bedroom & the primary suite had direct access to the front balcony, which was very nice - also at night, the city lights view from the side windows was a plus to see when dining in Overall deserves five starsKen B MN.
