Amidst the peaks of the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, down a gated winding road lies a new, very private, 1350 sq ft Guest House. Minutes to the Malibu beaches, on acres of open land, it has a main bedroom with a king, a bunk bed kid's room, a 3rd bedroom with a queen, 2 full baths, open living and dining areas with a full kitchen, allowing spacious accommodation for 6. Two additional twin full mattresses are available for up to 8 guests. A large covered patio with sliding doors offers indoor/outdoor living. A full laundry is available in the attached two-car garage. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

House is in a lovely area. Feels remote yet within the city. As others have noted and Joel points out in the instructions the road to get there can be daunting so best to check in during the day.

Beautiful views! Lovely house! Everyone who visited us loved it. Host supplies many staples with plenty of linens with washer and dryer on site. Close to Malibu for the beach and local grocers as well as Pepperdine University and to Thousand Oaks for shopping. Host was very responsive. He answered all of my questions. The driveway is very winding and steep, but no one had trouble navigating it. It is paved.
