Cozy lakefront ranch style home only 15 minutes from Sunday River Resort and only 3 minutes , from Mt. Abrams. With your own private waterfront with dock and kayaks. This 5 bedroom , 2 bathroom home is as serene as it gets with panoramic views from all around the house. In the basement is also a game room and movie theatre with 120" projector. Outside on the patio enjoy the views and the hot tub! Come stay at the amazing Pondview Paradise!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure hot tub lid is closed / secured with straps and temperature set back down to 95
Kindly place all trash in bags and placed in the bins within the garage.
Return all furniture to its original state / location at check in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest Must Sign Rental Agreement. NO SMOKING - $500.00 fine.
Must be 25 and older to book the property. Guest booking property must stay on property for duration of reservation.
Subletting, sharing or assigning is strictly prohibited. Valid photo ID required prior to check in.
