This was a perfect minimalist place for what we were looking for. We spent the majority of our trip outside and the location was perfect for getting a taste of Nashville. Communication was quick and easy and the house had everything we needed.

Loved everything, but as a light sleeper the proximity to the freeway was a bit of a bummer. Host was excellent and the apartment was great! The location was within a 20 min walk to everything cool in Nashville!

The unit backs up to an Interstate which creates a lot of traffic noise. The unit is immaculate and the pool is a nice feature.

This is a great little apartment! Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Very neat and clean. Nice pool with a view on the property, and an excellent gym. Will definitely try to stay here again when we come to Nashville.

This was a great VRBO, exactly what was advertised. Great proximity to downtown. It was a bit noisy with the highway nearby, if you’re a light sleeper that might be something to consider, but it was fine for my husband and I. The host was great to work with and very clearly provided all instructions

Great location! Only there for a couple days and really only used foe somewhere to lay my head. I would recommend upgrading the couch to a higher quality futon or pullout couch.

Enjoyed over all, felt safe not just anyone could enter the complex. Parking was confusing as there were no signs saying what floor you were on, you’d have to walk to the elevator/ stairs to see. The fan and vents were COATED In dust, definitely grossed me out a bit and the rug was stained and looked gross. As for the apartment, I definitely would say sleeps 3 max and 2 comfortably. The couch that is stated as a bed, absolutely not rock hard also I’m 5’2 and my feet dangled off of it. There was a provided queen air mattress, but still wouldn’t say more than 3 people. We didn’t spend much time at the apartment other than sleeping so other than that we had a great time! Communication was great with the host in the weeks leading up to our stay, but once we got there communication was poor.
